This looks like a bread dough, and it is. But stay tuned!
It's the focaccia dough from Baking with Julia, here after about 3 hours. Then it gets knocked back and put in the fridge for 24 hours.
The dough gets divided into thirds and then the thirds get divided into quarters. These are supposed to be square, but I failed Geometry. They get topped with fresh berries...
... and a streussel topping. The streussel is made up of nutmeg, cinnamon, flour, sugar and brown sugar.
They almost look like pastries.
But they are a bit more substantial.
