Every once in a while I stray from the bread
path. In this case I seem to have had all these cookies inside me, yearning to
breathe free.
I don't seem to be able to do things on a small scale.

Peanut Butter cookies from Christopher Kimball & Cooks Illustrated. They have ground up roasted, salted peanuts added to the chunky peanut butter based dough.
Gail Gand is the source of these Honey Oatmeal Raisin cookies. The Thin & Crispy Chocolate Chip cookies are also from Cooks Illustrated.
