Challah meets Brioche!
This is the most eniched dough I have aver played with. 5 eggs & a cup of walnut oil. Because it can be a kosher bread, no buttah. As you can see, patience is a virtue. 3 hours of fermentation. The oil almost oozes out of the dough. A little more patience and poof! I mean proof. This took another 3 hours. Starting the loaves as individual rounds gives a nice effect to the finished product. It's like eating walnut flavored cotton candy.
