These light, sweet little beauties are real simple to make and real, real tasty.
The dough gets enriched with egg and butter. It gets sweetened with some sugar. Mixed and kneaded for 10 minutes, it fully ferments in about an hour.

A little egg wash, a few sesame seeds and some quality oven time, about 15 minues@375º and poof! Moomie's Buns!
They are very light and have great height.
