Ring-Around-Rogani!
Once again, MS Glezer has lead me down a
long and winding road.
We join our story, aready in progress. By the time it hits this pan, the dough has already fermented for an hour. On the right is after hour #2. My slab is 18"x24" and I kneaded every inch of it. Doing my part for dairy farmers everywhere, it gets slathered with butter and dotted with cheese. And then extended via lotsa squeezin'. After a little egg wash, it gets docked to prevent blow-up.
