Sourdough Pita
Would you
expect me, or MS Glezer more accurately, to leave this out?
These wild yeast puppies have unbelievable tang! They take a little longer, two hours of fermentation... ...and 3-4 hours of "proofing". These are about 8" across. Thay puff up beautifully. They don't seem to brown as quickly as their yeasted cousins. Maybe I was just too chicken to let them go?!
